ABF Charity Game

The Northumberland Knightflyers took on the SASSco All Stars at Sporting Club Blyth for a charity game in aid for the ABF.

The game started slowly for each team, with a number of missed shots as both teams adjusted to the new court, the quarter ended with a draw, 4 - 4.

As the second quarter started the Knightflyers came out scoring the first 6 points within 2 mins of action, the strong play continued as the Knightflyers completed the second quarter in dominating style, scoring 27 points, whilst holding the SASSco All Stars to only one basket (2points).

The third quarter saw the SASSco All Stars come back from the second quarter to outscore the Knightflyers by 1 point, however the Knightflyers responded in the forth by scoring 12 points, including a buzzer beating 3 pointer at the end of the game.
