Training with the Chicago Bulls.

With only a select 50 coaches from around the world present, the doors opened for the opportunity of a life-time, to take part in a training session with the Chicago Bulls and the England team.

After arriving at The O2, Alan and Isobelle were took into the VIP Lounge to meet the other coaches from around the world, and briefed on the session, after a short wait all the coaches entered moved through the tunnel and onto the NBA Europe Live court.

Alan and Isobelle took their seats courtside and got ready for the session, lead by the Chicago Bulls coaches and the strength and conditioning coach for the Bulls. During this time, Alan and Isobelle were shown a number of drills and exercises which the 6 time World Champion Chicago Bulls use and were provided with a 2 hour session plan so that all Knightflyers sessions can be ran at NBA standard.

Aspire 2 Achieve and the Northumberland Knightflyers would like to thank the NBA, Chicago Bulls, EBBA, London Basketball and O2 for inviting them to this once in a life-time event.
